Electric Power Research Institute – Campus Expansion

The EPRI campus is a world class research and training facility. HICAPS was the Owner’s Agent throughout the project. Providing building diagnostics services during real estate procurement, General Contractor for Phase 1 construction, and Construction Manager “as owner agent” for the phase 2 construction. Diverse requirements were completely satisfied by combining adjacent properties and renovating a 108,000 sq ft building.
