Salisbury Storage Building

HICAPS was the Design-Build General Contractor for this project, which included excavation of the existing area and constructing two each 3,000 sft new metal Pre-Engineered Buildings with roll up doors and conditioned office space. Work included site grading and asphalt paving, concrete foundations and flatwork, sprinklers, lighting, installation of a heat pump, metal stud and drywall partitions with metal doors and frames. The total cost of this project was approximately $750,000.
