Since 2009, HICAPS has been a verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).Founded in 1985, HICAPS’ core business is construction management with specializations in critical path project scheduling and construction management services. We are a licensed general contractor in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Florida. Our customers have included the Federal Government, municipal governments, private industry and general contractors.

HICAPS has served as construction manager as agent and construction manager at risk, and has completed construction projects in the conventional design-bid-build delivery and the design/build program.

As a SDVOSB, we understand that the successful award and completion of construction relies on building relationships within the design and construction industry. In addition to general contracting project management, we have in house expertise in project scheduling, multi-prime contract packaging, building diagnostics, LEED® certification, building systems commissioning, interior air quality testing, and air barrier testing.
