Building Commissioning – Brookland Middle School

HICAPS provided commissioning of a central, multi-stack chiller plant and associated systems. Testing revealed that condenser fans were not functioning properly, temperature sensors were out of calibration, system pressure was inadequate to provide the required flow to campus under certain conditions and three-way valves at the end of chilled water loops did not properly control bypass flows.
