WMF Carolina Field of Honor

The Carolina Field of Honor joins the ranks of the largest memorials on the East Coast! HICAPS was proud to serve as the General Contractor on the $2.4 million project. Over 4,500 granite pavers adorn this monument which honors each branch of the armed services, celebrating the lives of service men and women. The Carolina Field of Honor contains a 109 ton solid granite obelisk from Mount Airy, North Carolina; it also features a parade deck, two fountains, and a reflection pool. HICAPS was honored to be part of this project that commemorates those who protected our freedoms and defended our country.
