Salisbury Correct FCA Deficiencies Building 16

HICAPS was the General Contractor for this project, which included asbestos abatement and demolition of the existing mechanical systems, laundry equipment and interior finishes. New interior finishes included wall framing, flooring, ceilings and paint. Part of the scope of work also included replacement of the exterior windows and HVAC systems to increase energy efficiency for the 10,000 sft facility. The building was partially occupied during the entire renovation project. The total cost of this project was approximately $293,000.
