Forsyth Country Club – Dining Renovation and Bar Addition

HICAPS worked with Forsyth Country Club to manage their capital improvement program, which began with renovations of the kitchen and dining areas and included a new full service bar and a patio addition. HICAPS responsibilities included assisting the owner in designer selection, management of the design process, development of the master program schedule, development of the program budget, selection of the general contractor, and management of the general construction. The cost of the project was $2.1 million, which included high end finishes, fire pit, expanded patio, new kitchen equipment, new bar, fully renovated dining space to include new furniture, and ADA accessibility for the dining areas.
