Forsyth Country Club – Sports House

HICAPS was hired by Forsyth Country Club to represent them as their construction manager for the design and construction of a new pool house/sports fitness facility. The facility houses bathrooms and locker rooms that service both the pool and sports fitness facility. This new building measures in at approximately 17,000-square-feet that features a full kitchen for members at the pool, a cycling studio, massage room, yoga/Pilates studio, group exercise room, personal training space, and an area for cardio and free weights – all of which overlooks the first hole of the Donald Ross designed golf course. The sports fitness facility also features a state of the art sound system that has multiple zones; to allow different music to be played depending on the activity being done in any given area; along with data and wifi throughout and HD Dish Network TV system for all fitness equipment. The total cost of this project was $5.2 million.
