Piedmont Triad International Airport Main Terminal Ceiling Renovation

HICAPS was the General Contractor for this Design, Bid, Build Project. The project scope included removal of the existing main terminal building ceiling system, removal of fire proofing, installation of a new fire protection system, LED lighting system, speaker system, and HVAC distribution system, all the while providing a new open ceiling concept.  The project also includes a 3,000 sft office upfit for the PTIA executive staff. The main terminal was approximately 80,000 sft. This work was conducted in three phases in an occupied airport facility. The project cost $3.8 million.
