Renovate Medical/Surgical Nursing Units (Bldg. 2)

HICAPS is the General Contractor for this project that involves the renovation of the surgical units on the second and third floor of Building 2 at the Salisbury VAMC. This project consists of renovating existing space to correct functional gaps, Women Veteran privacy issues, and mechanical and architectural design issues. The renovation also corrects other deficiencies such as providing more than one shower stall for the existing beds and improving the space/functionality of the remaining beds and other ancillary space. The total cost of this 31,000 sft project is approximately $3.5 million.
