Renovate 8th Floor B-wing

HICAPS is the General Contractor for this 7,900 sft project at the VAMC in Durham, North Carolina. The goal of this project is to convert patient rooms into new offices for VA employees. Work consists of asbestos abatement of the entire 8th floor B-wing, removal of MedGas and oxygen lines, construction of new offices with new interior finishes, and mechanical and electrical work to support the new space. The total cost of this project is $1.27 million.
