Salisbury Upgrade Finishes Bldg. 7

HICAPS was the General Contractor for this renovation project for the Salisbury, NC VAMC facility. The construction work included demolition of the existing interior finishes, asbestos abatement, new interior finishes (luxury vinyl flooring, acoustical ceilings, scuff resistant paint, new handrails, new exterior automated storefront doors) to update the interior design.  The project was completed in an occupied facility with multiple phases to minimize the disruption to the customer. The total cost of this project was $178,934.
