Project Details
HICAPS, Inc. served as the Program Manager and Owner’s Representative for Biltmore Forest Country Club in Asheville, NC, for a renovation and additions project completed in the Spring of 2023. The renovations included the design and construction of a new fitness center, restaurant, and pool house facility, including new clay and hard court tennis courts, and a new pool.
Following the completion of this project, HICAPS celebrated an honorable mention award for Best New Amenities in Golf Inc. Magazine.
