Agent to the Owner: A project delivery method where the Construction Manager acts as the owner’s representative in the management of a project or program, where the Construction Manager is responsible to the owner for managing the planning, design, construction, and post-construction phases, or portions thereof. The Construction Manager represents the owner's interests in its dealings with other construction professionals and with other private and public entities.
