HICAPS's Commercial Interiors group partnered with Stitch Design Shop to consolidate two Carr Riggs + Ingram PLLC locations into a newly renovated space on Thorndike Road in Greensboro, NC. The objective was to have all employees under one roof creating an efficient workspace, with many upscale amenities for employees and a welcoming environment for clientele. HICAPS Construction Management team kept schedules in check and our Commercial Interiors group provided furnishings for the space. Fourth Elm completed the construction. HICAPS facilitated move management while partnering with Goodwill and Mobile on the Spot, to assist with removing furniture and supplies from previous locations. This project was a true team effort, leading to a happy client and a successful completion in the Fall of 2024.
