Forsyth Country Club

In the spring of 2023, HICAPS participated in a renovation project for Forsyth Country Club, located in Winston Salem, N.C. as the Construction Manager and Owner’s Representative. Working alongside New Atlantic Contracting, Walter Robbs Architects, and Susan Bozeman Designs, this project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget, This renovation included all new flooring, wall covers, lighting, plumbing, fixtures, bathrooms, and elevators. Entrance spaces, the ballroom, and all meeting spaces were also redone, as well as the addition of new furnishings and artwork. The renovation team was able to safely complete this project working in a 100+-year-old structure with ongoing facility operations. The project design was described as "Southern Hospitality mixed with an everlasting traditional style."
