Forsyth Country Club – Sports House
HICAPS was hired by Forsyth Country Club to represent them as their construction manager for the design and construction of a new pool house/sports fitness facility. The facility houses bathrooms and locker rooms that service both the pool and sports fitness facility. This new building measures in at approximately 17,000-square-feet that features a full kitchen for members at the pool, a cycling studio, massage room, yoga/Pilates studio, group exercise room, personal training space, and an area for cardio and free weights—all of which overlooks the first hole of the Donald Ross-designed golf course. The sports fitness facility also features a state-of-the-art sound system that has multiple zones to allow different music to be played depending on the activity being done in any given area, along with data and wifi throughout and HD Dish Network TV system for all fitness equipment. The total cost of this project was $5.2 million.
