Foust Elementary School

HICAPS, Inc., alongside C2 Contractors, was hired by Guilford County Schools to oversee the planning and execution of $300 million in bond projects starting in 2020. Our responsibilities include managing the planning, design, construction, contractors, and other vendors to ensure that projects are completed within scope, budget, on schedule, and in compliance with school construction codes and to a level of quality that exceeds industry standards. There are currently ten schools at various stages of completion, ranging from planning to successful completion.

Foust Elementary School is poised to become the first Robotics and Gaming Magnet Elementary School in the United States. HICAPS, Inc. is serving as the Owner’s Representative and Program Manager for this significant project. The new Foust Elementary School will be built on the same site as the original facility, featuring a footprint that is double its predecessor, accommodating up to 700 students. The state-of-the-art facility will encompass 105,506 square feet, providing both indoor and outdoor learning spaces to enhance the educational experience.
