2020 $300 Million Bond Program
In 2020, HICAPS, Inc. was contracted for a $300 million dollar bond program with Guilford County Schools. Along with providing construction and program management, the HICAPS team has provided an array of other services. This includes having a licensed drone pilot available to survey the upcoming schools as they are constructed, which we have utilized throughout the project timelines. An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is used for comprehensive visual inspections at all angles and to provide these inspections to the owner in the form of progress reports and photos.
