The HICAPS Commercial Interiors and General Contracting teams successfully completed the renovation of the Imperial Tobacco Brands office in Greensboro, NC, in the winter of 2023. ITG envisioned a collaborative work environment which best suited their hybrid work style. They moved from a 149,000 square foot space to a state-of-the-art 42,500 square foot space on Green Valley Road in Greensboro. Their space has many unique features including a stadium seating, large café, and wellness rooms. The interior furnishings selected offer the best in style, ergonomics, comfort, soft seating, and collaborative spaces.

Our teams took a hands-on approach throughout the project, overseeing every detail. We are thrilled to create a welcoming environment that inspires and motivates the Imperial Tobacco team, making this a unique and rewarding endeavor that highlighted our creativity and teamwork.
