Johnsonville Elementary School

The counsel for Johnsonville Elementary School in Harnett County, North Carolina, contracted HICAPS, Inc. to assist as program manager and owner’s representative to turn this project around and ensure the district's success in opening the doors for the start of the school in the winter session of 2024. The HICAPS team immediately had boots on the ground and created a master schedule that not only drove the project to a successful completion but also resulted in a three-month early delivery.
