Kiser Middle School

HICAPS, Inc., alongside C2 Contractors, was hired by Guilford County Schools to oversee the planning and execution of $300 million in bond projects starting in 2020. Our responsibilities include managing the planning, design, construction, contractors, and other vendors to ensure that projects are completed within scope, budget, on schedule, and in compliance with school construction codes and to a level of quality that exceeds industry standards. There are currently ten schools at various stages of completion, ranging from planning to successful completion.

Kiser Middle School is being constructed on the very busy campus currently containing Grimsley High School, the existing Kiser Middle School, and the existing Brooks Global Studies campus in the Guilford County School District. HICAPS has been involved in the master planning of the entire campus and coordinating all activities on site and the adjacencies for the new 174,990 square foot building.
