Project Manager for the $1.4 million design-build project to convert warehouse space into Class A corporate office space. Coordinated design, procurement of subcontractors and materials. Maintained the project schedule and ensured quality of work. Sustainable Design Consultant responsible for ensuring the design and construction of a 22,000 square foot design/build interior renovation project constructed by HICAPS meets the owner’s sustainability requirements.
