HICAPS has provided Site Quality Inspections & R56 Audit Services for hundreds of telecommunication sites throughout the United States and abroad. HICAPS is one of a handful of Approved Motorola R-56 Auditing Firms. We have highly trained and experienced inspectors/auditors that are able to evaluate a customer’s communication site efficiently and provide valuable expert analysis during all phases of your site construction.
Our R56 compliance audits provide a one-time, on-site evaluation of your communications site to determine compliance to minimum R56 standards. Utilizing the compliance checklist, we identify and document any deficiencies related to the existing facilities that are currently or planned for use as communications sites.
Our inspection includes identifying and troubleshooting site-related issues, including equipment, infrastructure, grounding/bonding, power and safety. Following the completion of a site inspection or R56 audit, HICAPS provides a comprehensive summary report including digital photos identifying any items out of compliance along with recommendations to bring the site up to standard. The report provides the information required to take appropriate corrective action to help minimize susceptibility of site-related failures, maximize system availability, reduce maintenance costs, improve situational awareness and enhance safety.
